Open Play Pack Policy:

Play Packs may be used for Open Play sessions only. They cannot be used for classes, activities, or events. Siblings of the same biological family can share a play pack. Each sibling use a visit each time you come to play.

Expiration Policy:

• Play Packs are valid for one year (365 days) from the original purchase date.

• Any unused visits remaining after one year will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or extended.

A 3.5% processing fee is automatically added to each monthly payment.
