This membership includes unlimited open play (ONLY) for the designated monthly rate available for one child, two siblings and three siblings. Siblings are considered family members of the same biological family.

This membership excludes group classes, events, and activities. But discounts will be available for these additional activities, whenever possible.

I hereby authorize The Nook to initiate debits for the monthly amount stated below for the monthly membership stated above. This authorization will remain in effect until canceled by me, following the terms of cancellation listed below. I understand that:

• I must have a valid credit card on file with the Nook as part of the membership plan. Debit cards are not permitted for reoccurring, monthly payments.

• If the payment method I have provided to the Nook fails, I will be charged a $25 late fee if the balance is not paid within one business day of the failed attempt.  

• The Nook will charge the payment method on file the day of the month for which the monthly membership was initiated and signed up on, and will be billed that day every following month. 

• Cancellation of my membership, stopping the auto payment debit, must be made in writing within 14 days of the billing date. If my cancellation request is made after the 14 day time period, I will be charged for the upcoming month, and the cancellation will not occur until the following month. 

• Nook Club monthly memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment. After the initial two months, memberships may be canceled at any time, with the 14 days notice minimum notice.

• Memberships are valid for open play only, as described above. 

• Because we still have to adhere to capacity regulations, drop-ins will still remain up to two hours for monthly members. You can come as many times as you would like in the month, or even twice in one day, but like other guests, your play session must be limited to two hours. 

• Each Monthly Membership includes one complimentary adult per visit. Any additional adults accompanying your child(ren) are $5/each, consistent with our general admission pricing. 

• There is a strict no refund policy. Reimbursements will not be made for unused membership plans. 

• A 3.5% credit card processing fee is included in each monthly payment. 

• Our schedule changes seasonally and unforeseen closures due to events and/or weather may occur. Please call or check our schedule ahead of time. 

• Sibling Play Policy: For siblings of children enrolled in our Monthly Membership Program, we offer a special play rate. Siblings outside the membership are welcome to play at a reduced rate of $20/child.
